We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After this 12-hour window, your order will enter production and we will begin crafting your piece. As each item is made to order, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once production has started.
To request a cancellation within the 12-hour period, please email us at orders@itsclover.ca with your order number and the subject line “Cancellation Request.”
We appreciate your understanding — each piece is handmade with care and once the process begins, materials are prepared specifically for your order.
